Jaack here, with my first blog post as Stevie did the last one from the mysterious country that definitely 100% was not Latvia. (You're bastards for spotting that...)  

WE JUST MADE SAUSAGES! Fiona's Christmas gift of a sausage making class wasn't actually as bad as it sounded... in fact, it was a load of porky fun! We decided to vlog the entire thing for you lot which will be up within the next week or so... but... TRIGGER WARNING: it contains bits chopped meat (obviously) a few animal carcasses, and Stevie's trim. Stuff straight out of a horror film! 

Shout out to Geoff & James from Goat Shed in Norfolk who were amazing with us and taught Stevie and I how to make the girthiest sausages two blokes could ever ask for... let's just say there was no infamous Dean Sausage to worry about tonight. 

A little question for you guys - do you enjoy the simple less productiony bonus videos? We worry that because you're paying for content here, every video needs to be a big budget, high produced piece? But sometimes, is it just nice to have stripped back vlogs? We're still going to continue with our hero series Gold Envelopes but would you like EXTRA vlog videos? We are planning to up our posting schedule! Let us know. 

(Typed all this using my hands covered in pork... guess you could say I have sausage fingers!!!! Whatever that means)
